Overview Shipping Policy

We ship our merchandise globally.

We process orders for shipping 7 days a week and dispatch merchandise on each working day. Orders can take 24 hours and up to 5 working days to be processed for shipping.

In the United Kingdom we provide a flat rate of shipping and offer Royal Mail as couriers. All shipping in the UK is tracked and incorporates First Class and Second Class variants. We cannot guarantee delivery times in the United Kingdom.

For shipping outside of the United Kingdom we offer weight based shipping. All weight based shipping is calculated automatically at our checkout and varies dependant upon the shipping option, carrier and destination in the World selected.

For the United States we offer both Royal Mail and USPS as shipping options. All shipping options to the United States are weight based and offer priority, tracked and economy variants. Though we cannot guarantee delivery times in the United States a 6-8 working day delivery time for a tracked (non priority) parcel is the normal performance.

For Australia we offer both Royal Mail and TG Global as shipping options. All shipping options to Australia are weight based and offer priority, tracked and economy variants. Though we cannot guarantee delivery times to Australia a 10-15 working day delivery time for a tracked parcel (non priority) option is the normal performance.

For the Republic of Ireland we offer Royal Mail and Evri as shipping options. All Shipping to Ireland is weight based and comes in priority, tracked and economy variants. Though we cannot guarantee delivery times to Ireland a 5 working day delivery time for a tracked parcel (non priority) option is the normal performance.

For the Rest of the World (ROW) we offer Royal Mail as our shipping option. All shipping to (ROW) is weight based and comes in priority, tracked and economy variants. We cannot guarantee delivery times to (ROW) but generally Europe performs at 5 to 10 working days for a tracked parcel (non priority) with other destinations between 10-15 working days dependent upon the exact global location.

Customs Charges – We do not collect or remit customs charges on behalf of our customers. All customs charges are subject to the individual rules and regulations laid out in the recipient country. We will disclose the total value of your purchase (item value plus shipping costs) when we dispatch your parcel. What customs charges are leveraged on receipt of your parcel in the receiving country are your responsibility to pay and administer.

Overview Refunds and Returns

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should contact us here and we will issue you with a returns slip.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
