Unfortunately, we don’t typically purchase Country Western, Big Band and Easy Listening. Our standards for vinyl condition adhere to the Goldmine Grading Standard:

  • Mint (M): A flawless, unplayed record.
  • Near Mint (NM): Nearly perfect, with minor imperfections in cover and packaging.
  • Very Good Plus (VG+): Well-cared-for with minimal surface noise and slight wear on the cover.
  • Very Good (VG): Showing signs of play with more noticeable surface noise and wear on the cover.

We prefer records in Mint, Near Mint, or Very Good condition, and may consider those in Good condition if they’re highly sought-after titles. Records with poor or fair condition, water or mould damage, DJ collections, or 78 RPM records are generally not within our purview.
